If you’ve created a campaign but don’t see the discounted prices or widgets on your store, don't worry. Most issues can be fixed in under a minute by checking these 5 common points.
This is the most frequent cause. If the "App Embed" is off, Shopify won't let DiscountEasy display anything on your theme.
Fix: Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize > App Embeds and ensure DiscountEasy is toggled ON and saved.
Look at your Discounts list. Is the status dot green (Active)?
If it’s Scheduled, it will only appear at the set start time.
If it’s Inactive, click the toggle to turn it on.
Does the product you are looking at actually belong to the discounted group?
Check if the product has the correct Tag, belongs to the right Collection, or is from the selected Vendor.
Check the Exclusions section: You might have accidentally excluded that specific product or a collection it belongs to.
Sometimes your browser "remembers" the old version of your site (without the discount).
Fix: Open your store in an Incognito/Private window. If it works there, you just need to clear your main browser's cache.
Some "Page Builder" apps (like Shogun or PageFly) or other "Discount" apps might block DiscountEasy from changing the price display.
Fix: Check if you have other discount apps active. Try disabling them temporarily to see if the conflict is resolved.
If you are using a custom or very old Shopify theme, the app might need a tiny bit of manual CSS help to find where to put the price widget.
Fix: Contact our support team! We can usually fix theme-specific alignment issues within a few hours.
Still stuck? If you've checked all of the above and your sale still isn't live, send us a message via the Support button in the app. Include a link to the specific product that is missing the discount!
