To make sure your discounts and widgets appear correctly on your storefront, you need to enable the DiscountEasy App Embed in your Shopify Theme settings. This is a required step for the app to function.
On your DiscountEasy Dashboard, look for the Setup Guide section. You will see a task labeled "Activate app embed".
Click the button next to the task (usually "Activate" or "Open Settings").
Alternatively: In your Shopify Admin, go to Online Store > Themes > Customize (on your current live theme).
Once the Theme Editor opens, look at the left-hand sidebar and click on the App embeds icon (the small blue square icon).
Find DiscountEasy in the list.
Toggle the switch to ON (it should turn blue).
Click the Save button in the top right corner of the Shopify Theme Editor.
Why is this necessary? Enabling the App Embed allows DiscountEasy to securely display your discount badges, custom prices, and countdown timers directly on your product pages without slowing down your site.
If you have enabled the embed but still don't see your discounts:
Make sure you have an Active discount campaign created.
Clear your browser cache or view your store in "Incognito/Private" mode.
